Deposit & Cancellation Policies

Deposit Policy: The hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided within 3 days after receiving the booking. The deposit percentages are as follows:

  • Standard Days: 30% of the total booking amount.

  • Continuous Holidays (3 consecutive days or more): 50% of the total booking amount.

If a guest needs to cancel a booking, please refer to the Cancellation Policy below. If the deposit cannot be successfully collected, the booking will be automatically canceled. The remaining balance of the booking will be collected in full on the day of check-in. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay must be settled in full upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy: When a guest cancels a booking due to personal reasons, the deposit will be refunded proportionally based on the date the cancellation notice is received:

  • 14 days or more prior to the check-in date: 100% refund of the deposit (no cancellation fee charged).

  • 10 to 13 days prior to the check-in date: 70% refund of the deposit.

  • 7 to 9 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund of the deposit.

  • 4 to 6 days prior to the check-in date: 40% refund of the deposit.

  • 2 to 3 days prior to the check-in date: 30% refund of the deposit.

  • 1 day prior to the check-in date: 20% refund of the deposit.

  • On the day of check-in or No-Show: 0% refund of the deposit (100% deposit forfeited).

Room Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • Check-In & Check-Out Time: Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards daily, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM daily. If you require a late check-out, please inform the front desk in advance; it will be arranged based on room availability on the day and may incur extra charges.

  • Occupancy Limits & Extra Beds: Each room type has a strict maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests exceeding the capacity limit will not be accepted. Furthermore, extra beds are not available in any guest rooms throughout the hotel.

  • Non-Smoking & Pet Policy: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms. Pets are strictly prohibited on the property, with the exception of statutory service dogs such as guide dogs.

  • Damage & Violations: If any in-room equipment or furniture is lost, damaged, or severely stained, the hotel will charge corresponding compensation fees based on the actual value and cleaning/maintenance costs.

  • Right to Modify Terms: The hotel reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate relevant service terms at any time without prior notice. Any matters not covered herein shall be subject to the latest announcements on-site.
